The perfect T-shirt

Paul has been waiting a while for his latest batch of T-shirts. We purchased most of these fabrics during a trip to Palmerston North in November. We didn’t find much at their Fabric-a-Brac event but our visit to Spotlight was fruitful. As well as Spotlight the Fabrics were also purchased from Fabric Drop and an online Facebook knit fabric group.

Here are his t-shirts using the  pattern we drafted for him. They are all sewn on my overlocker and coverstitched using my Bernette 48. I love my coverstitch! It makes everything look ready to wear.

Paul wore this shirt to his colleagues leaving party. The CEO loved it!

In an earlier blog post here you can see the other shirts I’ve made him. I’ve also posted how to draft your own t-shirt.

As we are coming into winter I’m planning to sew Paul several jumpers and a jacket from a McCall’s bomber jacket pattern.
